Apple scored a victory against HTC overnight as a court decided that the latter copied software touch screen to click on a phone number in a document from your iPhone.
However, the U.S. International Trade Commission ruled in favor of HTC on three other claimed by Apple that the software has been copied.
U.S. trade agencys says any HTC phone with software that is offensive will not be allowed into the u.s. from 19 April 2012.
Experts say however that the decision of the Commission on international trade would not hurt telephone giant Asia because the ruler is covered only one patent HTC has time to work around.
HTC get nearly half the revenue of the u.s. market.
